This course is designed to fully prepare students to sit the Change Management Practitioner exam. Students must first pass the Change Management Foundation exam before sitting the Practitioner exam.

What do I need to know about the Change Management exams?

The Foundation certification exam features four sections and 50 multiple-choice questions.

The exam is closed-book, and students have 40 minutes to complete it. To pass, students must score at least 25 marks out of a possible 50 (50%).

The Practitioner certification exam features four objective testing questions, each worth 20 marks, based on a case study that will be provided.

Students have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete the exam.

The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used, and the exam is restricted open-book. To pass, students must score at least 40 marks out of a possible 80 (50%).
