This module features a quiz to check the learner’s knowledge of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course content. 

Module 2 : PRINCE2 Agile - Additional Concepts

This module presents a video series to explore PRINCE2 Agile concepts that were not included in the Foundation course. 

Module 3 : The McNeil Group

This module covers a case study within the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.

A video explores the company and project that are featured. 

Module 4 : PRINCE2 Agile Tolerances and Targets

This module presents three case studies intended to help learners practice the application of PRINCE2 tolerances and targets.

Learners will then be able to analyze and evaluate their own approach. 

Module 5 : PRINCE2 Agile Focus Areas

This module presents four case studies to help learners practice the application of the focus areas: Contracts, Requirements, Communication, Frequent Releases, and the Agilometer.

Learners will then be able to analyze and evaluate their own approach.

Module 6 : PRINCE2 Agile Principles, Themes and Processes

This module presents three case studies to help learners practice the tailoring of PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes, and management products.

Learners will then be able to analyze and evaluate their own approach.

Module 7 : PRINCE2 Agile Principles, Themes and Processes

This module presents a further three case studies to provide more experience of tailoring PRINCE2 to an area of a project.

To book and take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, a candidate must present proof that they have passed one of the following:

Exam Format:

  • Objective testing
  • 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in 5 exam sections
